Incentivising innovation in the UK – live webcast

By Diarmuid MacDougall

Innovation is seen by business leaders across all industries as one of the biggest sources of current and future revenue growth. The UK government has recognised this by providing a range of incentives including:

  • Research and Development (R&D) credits
  • Patent Box regime
  • Numerous grants to fund innovation
  • Creative sector reliefs

These incentives can provide businesses with potentially millions of pounds of benefit both in terms of real cash and tax relief. They're also available to businesses in all sectors where innovation takes place including financial services, retail, construction, hospitality & leisure as well as more obvious sectors such as technology, engineering, automotive, pharmaceuticals, aerospace and defence.

On 18 June at 15:00 we’ll be hosting a live webcast looking at the opportunities, challenges and solutions you'll face around accessing these incentives, and current issues to consider such as developing real time/automated R&D claims and the EU code of conduct challenge on Patent Box.

The webcast will be interactive and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions throughout. I hope you can join us. Registration details are below.
