Energy-breakfast-briefing

On Thursday 21st February, PwC Research will host an energy-sector breakfast briefing on the theme of ‘enhanced engagement - doing the right thing for stakeholders, consumers and business’.

The world is changing and new technologies are disrupting and reshaping the role of energy in consumers’ lives. These shifts are influencing how they engage with their suppliers, how their voice is heard and their evolving needs and demands are met.

To survive in both the current climate and in the future, there is a need for energy retailers and distribution network operators (DNOs) to research, understand and enhance customer engagement - not only to fulfil regulatory requirements, but to ensure their success by continuing to adapt to changing future customer needs.

During the briefing, we will discuss the impact these innovations and cultural shifts could have on customer engagement and corporate vulnerability. We will be helped by a cross-sector expert panel who will share their experiences and debate the big questions around business planning and enhanced consumer engagement, including representation from National Grid, ESO and Ofwat.

Energy breakfast briefing - doing the right thing for stakeholders, consumers and business - PwC More London, Thursday 21st February, 8.30-10.00am.
