New PwC chairman and senior partner Kevin Ellis announces his UK Executive Board

New PwC leader Kevin Ellis, who takes over as Chairman and Senior Partner for the UK and Middle East from 1 July, has today revealed his new UK Executive Board:

Commenting on his new leadership team, Kevin Ellis said:

“I have selected a team which reflects the diverse range of skills, backgrounds and experience across our firm and a structure which keeps us focused on delivering the best of PwC to our clients while continuing to invest in our people, skills and technology – all of which are key to our future success.

“I am streamlining the Executive Board from 12 to seven people, to ensure an agile approach to talent, technology and market conditions. By creating a Clients and Markets Executive with day to day responsibility for serving our clients, I am separating strategy and operations to respond to market opportunity and changes, while maintaining an unwavering focus on clients.”

About Kevin Ellis

Kevin Ellis, aged 52, will succeed Ian Powell as Chairman and Senior Partner on 1 July 2016. He is currently the firm’s Managing Partner and has been a member of the executive board since 2008, and a partner in the firm for 20 years.

As Managing Partner, Kevin has championed new growth areas for the firm such as cyber security, data and analytics, and sustainability and climate change to anticipate the changing needs of clients. He is the executive board sponsor for the firm’s diversity and inclusiveness network GLEE.
