PwC strengthens its corporate financial restructuring team with Rothschild hire

PwC has strengthened its financial restructuring offering to corporates with the appointment of a new partner.

Alistair Dick joins PwC from Rothschild and will lead PwC’s corporate financial restructuring team. He will be responsible for helping to grow PwC’s restructuring offering to corporates.

Alistair was most recently head of Rothschild’s debt advisory and restructuring practice in South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. He also spent over six years in Rothschild’s European debt advisory and restructuring team based in London and has a background in natural resources project finance and acquisition finance.

Heather Swanston, head of PwC’s refinancing and restructuring practice, said:
