PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Corporate Finance Partner Seconded to HM Treasury

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP today announced that Charles Lloyd, a corporate finance partner, is to join HM Treasury on an 18 month secondment, as Head of Public Private Partnerships.

Neil Sutton, partner and head of UK corporate finance, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP commented:

Charles has over 15 years experience advising on government transactions including corporate disposals, restructurings, the Private Finance Initiative and other forms of complex procurement. He joined the partnership in 1995 and led the firm’s PPP team from 2000 to 2004.

Charles will join the Treasury in March 2009.
