Davos: PwC CEO breakfast gives food for thought

Over 30 CEOs and Chairmen from around the world joined me and my PwC partner colleagues for breakfast in Davos yesterday to discuss the findings of our 16th Annual Global CEO Survey. Participants heard from panellists, Klaus Kleinfeld, Chairman and CEO of Alcoa and Ma Weihua, CEO of China Merchants Bank.

“How can CEOs make sure they attract and keep more customers? Where are the pockets of opportunities for revenue growth and how can they target these? What about improving operational effectiveness? And building trust?”

These were just some of the questions we looked at. I’ve spoken with many of the attendees who found the session particularly engaging and useful.  To get the debate going, we split participants into groups to discuss specific topics which included customers, opportunities, operations, trust and resilience.

You can explore key findings from our CEO Survey in detail here.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for breakfast and made it such an interesting event.
