Jason Clarke - Assurance & regulatory reporting

Jason is a partner with responsibility for entrepreneurial and private clients in the Cardiff Assurance practice.

Jason lead's the delivery of our audit and accounting services to a number of the firm's key private clients in the South Wales marketplace, providing technical challenge and advice to management on an ongoing basis, whilst also giving day to day support on all aspects of audit and assurance related services.

Having been with the firm for over 15 years, Jason has extensive experience of working with businesses at all stages of the growth cycle, including start-up and private equity/VC backed businesses and has taken several clients through to listings on both AIM and the full market. He has extensive experience of providing transaction support, including due diligence, completion statements and working capital reviews.

During his time with the firm he has had spells in both our London and Bristol offices as well spending two years on secondment to our management consultancy practice, providing benchmarking and finance function effectiveness reviews.
