Grants and incentives
The UK Government has been increasing its grant support to business. At PwC, our Grants and Incentives team has helped a large number of companies access significant amounts of aid. Our Grants and Incentives practice in Cardiff, which is the UK centre of excellence for grants and incentives services to the private sector, work with businesses to identify potential grant opportunities throughout the supply chain and may be able to assist in obtaining support for a range of investment categories including:
- Energy efficiency/investment in renewable
- Research & development (R&D)
- Capital investment/infrastructure projects
- Staff training and recruitment
- Consultancy support
Our clients range from start-ups to globally significant multinationals. We currently handle more than 50 projects per annum and have advised some of the largest capital investment and job creation projects in the UK. The team also provides economic development services to public sector agencies on intervention and sector strategies linked to inward investment and regeneration.
