Chris Williams – Corporate tax

Chris is a partner based in our Cardiff and Bristol offices.  He leads our tax services to overseas parented groups and private equity backed companies.

Chris has been with PwC for over 15 years after joining straight from Oxford University.  He has extensive experience of working with many of the region’s overseas parented groups and private equity backed businesses.  He has also advised on tax structuring of transactions including purchases, sales and due diligence.

During his time with the firm, Chris has worked in our London office where he advised on the demerger of a large multinational group.

Chris leads PwC’s tax international structuring services in the region and is also an expert in the tax treatment of debt and financing.
