Matthew Cross leads our Deals Team in the South East region,. His team comprises over 50 dedicated deal practitioners and provides support to corporate and private equity clients in relation to "Buyside" and "Sellside" transactions. Matthew's team also support the South East region's significant client base in connection with public capital markets transactions.
In addition to his regional Transaction Services role, Matthew leads the Technology business within Transaction Services nationally and has worked with many of the key organisations in this sector.
