I am the head of our Scotland transaction services department, leading a team of 20 dedicated professionals specialising in advising corporate and institutional clients on acquisitions, disposals and related post deal assistance.

I have experience of leading work on a large number of completed transactions, including numerous transactions for key corporate and institutional clients and his recent deal experience covers a wide range of sectors.
