Bruce-CartwrightI have been involved in the restructuring market in Scotland for 23 years and have handled both solvent restructurings and a wide range of formal insolvency appointments. I am the Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a member of Council.

My recent experience includes:

  • Restructuring of business engaged in mineral extraction including renewal of contractual terms with customers and refinancing of operations.
  • Partial disposal and exit of operations from packaging business including negotiation of transaction with Pension Regulator. Refinancing of remaining operation.
