Facing a disrupted future - Total Retail Survey 2017

With the need to transform more acute than ever, retailers must decide what their future looks like.
This year, more than 24,000 online shoppers from 29 different territories participated in PwC's Total Retail 2017 survey. Amongst other questions, we asked consumers how they shop with Amazon.com and how Amazon affects their overall purchasing behaviour, how they incorporate mobile and social into their own shopping experience, and their openness to receiving healthcare services at retailers.
