Channel 2 work

Over the last couple of months, I've been busy working on a channel 2 client. The work completed by the Data Assurance team is split into two groups: channel 1 and channel 2. Channel 1 clients refer to audit support work for a client, whereas Channel 2 clients refer to non-audit support work for a client e.g. business analysis work. Alongside the two different categories of work within Data Assurance, there are many opportunities to work on a vast range of clients from different industries within audit support, as well as working on non-audit clients.
The channel 2 project I worked on helped me to develop my business analysis skills. My role within this project was to interview the stakeholders at the client to understand how data flows around their organisation. It was a great experience to really understand how an organisation works and how data is used.
For the rest of the year, I'll be preparing for my December and January financial year end clients.
