Paul is a Partner and the Government and Public Sector Leader at PwC.  He joined PwC in 1996 and been a partner since 2001, during which time he has served clients in infrastructure finance and international development while also taking on a number of senior leadership and management roles within PwC UK.  Prior to joining the firm, Paul worked in both local and central government roles, principally in the field of public-private partnerships (PPPs).
