Matt Hamnett

Matt Hamnett is a specialist in public sector strategy, policy and programme delivery in the Government Strategy team in Consulting. He has over seven years’ experience working in central government, where he held a series of Senior Civil Service roles leading delivery of the Government’s skills strategy.

He currently heads PwC’s work on charging within consulting and has been involved in a range of projects with government departments, including the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and Department for Education.
