Andy leads our local government practice and has managed a range of projects for local authorities focussing on transformation, efficiency and modernisation.

Andy specialises in strategic change and performance improvement. Andy has worked with local authorities for the last 18 years and, prior to joining PwC in 1993, worked in local government.
