Martin Fleetwood - Tax
Martin is a partner in PwC's Northern Ireland Tax Group with over 25 years’ experience in advising UK and international businesses and entrepreneurs in connection in a wide variety of tax matters.
His clients include quoted groups, inbound investors, and some of Northern Ireland's, and the UK's, largest privately-owned businesses. That experience means that he is able to bring to bear a number of different perspectives when advising his clients.
Amongst his particular areas of expertise are mergers and acquisitions, corporate and shareholder restructuring and real estate. He heads the Real Estate Tax specialism in Northern Ireland, and for a number of years led PwC's national Private Business tax forum. He is also a key representative on PwC's national form looking at the issues and implications associated with tax devolution.
Martin is a member of both the ICAEW and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. In his non-business life, he is married with three children and enjoys sailing, cycling, ornithology, and rock music. He is frequently to be found in the Limelight, and other venues across the UK, reliving his youth!
