Business risk in the Boardroom

In partnership with the Institute of Directors, PwC’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team has produced a new practical guide for Board members.

Business risk: A practical guide helps Board members, chairmen and non-executive directors in their risk management roles, so they can ask the right questions of the CEO and the rest of the management team.

The  guide has been sent to  Institute of Directors' members, as well as most executive and non-executive directors of PwC clients, as a supplement to the June edition of the IoD - Director Magazine.
