Steve Ellis - Regional Head of Pensions Credit Advisor

Steve leads PwC’s Pensions Credit Advisory practice in the Regions negotiating solutions with Corporates and  Scheme Trustees.

He has worked on numerous transactions supporting trustees and corporations in respect of the impact on the position of the pension scheme.  He led the work with the trustees of Bradford & Bingley securing full repayment of the deficit when B&B was taken into public ownership. 

Other notable clients include Huntsman Petrochemical Trustees and Clarion Chemicals where he advised on major transactions and supported negotiations of appropriate mitigation facilitating the completion of the transactions and improvement of the Trustee position.
