Nigel Ward leads our Northern transaction services practice, which provides a wide range of due diligence services, pre and post-deal support and deal planning and structuring advice to both acquirers and vendors.
He has extensive experience of financial due diligence and buy side and sell side for both corporate and financial buyers, and has led many due diligence projects. He has experience of all key industry sectors, with particular expertise in the retail sector.
