Mark Hannam - Financial services
Mark Hannam leads the Northern financial services practice and is the UK leader of PwC’s building society group.
Mark provides a range of audit and advisory services. He has also worked with HM Treasury and provides support to the National Audit Office on certain of their audits.
He has provided advisory services to a range of clients including investigatory reviews to regulators, internal audit, IFRS implementation and finance function effectiveness. Mark has lived and worked in a number of countries including Germany, where he led the German firm’s FS IFRS conversion group, the Czech Republic and Canada.
He has led audit committee and internal audit effectiveness reviews at major UK banks, as well as provided co-source support to internal audit functions.
