Gordon qualified with a small firm of accountants and then joined PwC Manchester’s tax department over 20 years ago. He transferred to Leeds in 1998 and has been a partner for over twelve years.
Gordon advises a wide range of clients both nationally and locally. He has focussed on private companies and their owners over the last few years and leads our tax services in this area in Yorkshire. He also heads up our M&A tax practice with many years’ experience of advising on structuring, refinancing, acquisitions and disposals.
