Christine leads our dedicated North West Transaction Services Group based in Manchester and has been with the firm for over 26 years.

She has over 20 years experience of leading due diligence assignments in both the UK and USA.

Christine leads the provision of financial, operational and commercial due diligence services to corporates, banks and private equity. She has significant experience in buy side due diligence, divestment services (vendor assistance, carve outs and vendor due diligence), pre and post deal support, flotations, reverse takeovers, and refinancings.
