Chris Ringrose - Human resource services
Chris Ringrose leads our Northern human resource services consulting practice. He is an actuary with extensive experience of advising medium to large UK and multinational companies on pension strategy, particularly in relation to acquisitions/disposals, benefit design and cost/risk reduction (including other non-pension employee benefits).
He also advises a number of trustee boards of pension plans, and both companies and trustees on the conflicts which are increasingly prevalent within their pension schemes. His clients span multinationals, UK corporates and UK subsidiaries of US, Canadian, French, German and Swiss multinationals.
