Chris Buttress - Consulting

Chris leads our public services performance improvement team. Chris joined the firm 15 years ago and specialises in local government advisory work.

Chris has extensive experience in performance improvement, options appraisal, service evaluation, change management and procurement within local Government.  He has worked extensively Government and has extensive knowledge of a wide range of service areas. 

Chris manages relationships with a number of our key Government clients and regularly operates with senior civil servants and politicians on sensitive strategic policy and change management issues.
