Yann Umbricht
Yann leads PwC’s Treasury Group and Corporate Treasury Assurance practice and is a member of PwC’s Global Treasury Technical and IFRS committees.
He is a French qualified accountant and a former practising Treasurer of a £1.5bn corporate recovery fund. He has extensive corporate treasury experience as an accountant and business advisor and is currently engaged in providing financial audits of treasury functions and controls, and Sarbox compliance services.
Yann has supported clients in defining Corporate Treasury risk objectives, formulation of policies, optimising organisational structure, implementing control procedures and improving efficiency of internal audit work. Yann is also involved in mergers and acquisitions work, supporting due diligence and structuring teams.
Yann is a member of the council of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and of PwC's Global Treasury Technical and IFRS committees.
