Paul heads PwC’s Debt Advisory team, leads PwC’s Financing Services group, and is a Lead Partner of the Public Private team.

PwC Financing Services pulls together the breadth of PwC’s finance skills, offering clients both analytical advice and deal execution to restructure their balance sheet and raise new debt and equity. Deal execution includes competing alternative sources of finance for the client, evaluating competing bids and negotiating detailed terms with preferred financiers.

Paul’s clients on debt raising and refinancing transactions include major construction companies, a high street supermarket chain and major defence and transport clients.
